Price for 2 additional booth staff after the 2 complimentary booth staff registrations is $400/each. After 4 booth staff are registered, additional staff are $650/each. 

**Special Note:
As an exhibitor, you must book your hotel room nights under the CECU room block at the Mirage. You will receive two complimentary standard rate hotel rooms for two nights (included in the price of your booth). Those room nights will be credited back to you and reflected on your final hotel bill. Any room changes can be communicated directly to the Mirage reservation desk.

**If you choose to book an upgraded room such as a room with a view or a suite you can do this and the hotel will deduct the standard room rate/resort fee/tax from the upgraded rate and the remaining expense will appear on your final hotel bill. 

Insurance: 
CECU requires every exhibitor include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before April 1, 2017: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Exhibitor Insurance for the CECU Convention is available through Rainprotection.net. Food and Beverage in the Exhibit Hall

Exhibit hall schedule and activities are subject to change based on overall convention activities and at the discretion of the host organization.

Several food and beverage functions will take place in the exhibit hall this year to increase foot traffic and opportunities to actively engage with attendees.

EXHIBITOR ACTIVITIES NEW THIS YEAR!

SECTOR MIXER
Start networking before the exhibit hall opens! Attendees will be invited to our mixer on Tuesday, June 6th from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The mixer will allow attendees to receive information about exhibitor services and expertise in a speed-dating format. Each exhibiting organization will be represented in this session at designated group tables to meet with conference attendees as they share their needs and expectations for their institutions. Exhibitors will rotate so each table can meet with difference individuals to share new initiatives, products and services directly from you!

Please note - Only exhibiting companies and education attendees can participate in this event.


ON-SITE APPOINTMENTS
As an exhibitor, you’ll be a part of a dynamic environment for networking with attendees in the exhibit hall as well as an opportunity to position yourself during one-on-one meetings. Attendees this year will have an opportunity to schedule appointments with exhibitors that offer services they would like to explore. Exhibitors will be notified in advance of any appointment requests that have been made by attendees. The pre-scheduled one-on-one sessions will take place in the exhibit hall in our semi-private meeting space. Our hopes is that this will allow you to increase face time with attendees who have a true interest in your product/ services and generate a higher ROI.
