Each booth includes 2 complimentary booth staff. The price for 2 additional booth staff after the 2 complimentary booth staff registrations is $500/person for members and $600/person for nonmembers. After 4 booth staff are registered, additional staff are $750/each.
CECU requires every exhibitor include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before April 13, 2018: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Exhibitor Insurance for the CECU Convention is available through Rainprotection.net. Exhibit hall schedule and activities are subject to change based on overall convention activities and at the discretion of the host organization.
Several food and beverage functions will take place in the exhibit hall this year to increase foot traffic and opportunities to actively engage with attendees.

Attendees will be invited to our Share Tank on Monday, June 4th from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Welcome to the Share Tank! This event allows you to connect with peers by sharing your daily challenges and successful tactics. You will have the opportunity to share your outlook and learn what has worked for others in the field. Some of the best ideas come from those who face similar challenges. Take advantage of this peer-to-peer learning format.
The mixer will allow attendees to receive information about exhibitor services and expertise in a speed-dating format. Each exhibiting organization will be represented in this session at designated group tables to meet with conference attendees as they share their needs and expectations for their institutions. Exhibitors will rotate so each table can meet with different individuals to share new initiatives, products and services directly from you!
